A modular training concept for SMEs in the production technology environment

The ERDF-funded research project is part of the "Investments in Growth and Employment" funding program. The WerkerLab creates an innovative modular training concept for workers in SMEs who are adapting to the requirements of Industry 4.0.

We develop and test test methods for the development of customized training content, develop and test blended learning formats and are involved in testing and optimizing the modular learning offer with end users.
