Communicative Usability

 

We work with the concept of communicative usability. It records the quality of the linguistic and communicative design of digital offers such as portals, online communities, eServices, human-machine environments and includes the design areas of content, interface and help. Part of the research is the development of new analysis, evaluation and optimization models, methods and tools. The focus takes into account user characteristics and related offers of help, goals, tasks and contexts of communication and interaction, media specifics and group-specific evaluation criteria.
