CAIRO - Context Aware Intermodal Routing

Development of novel mobile, context sensitive passenger information systems for multimodal travelling scenarios (travelling with different transport systems).

This project network consisting of Deutsche Bahn AG, HaCon, InnoZ, RWTH and other partners pursues the goal of developing novel mobile, context sensitive passenger information systems for multimodal travelling scenarios (travelling with different transport systems). The main project task is the development of new interfaces, and linguistic-visual formats for different types of information. Furthermore, a prototype is exemplarily implemented, and tested with target group members to detect user requirements.
